The service
VPN PRO provides time-limited access to available VPN nodes through a compatible mobile app. Country availability and exit addresses may change. A fixed IP, uninterrupted access and access to every blocked website are not guaranteed.
Payments and activation
Plans are priced in USD and paid in cryptocurrency through hosted checkout. The final coin amount and fees appear before payment. Access activates after verified completed payment and successful provisioning. Underpaid, late or unsupported-network payments require review.
Renewal and cancellation
Payments are one-time. Access expires at the end of the purchased period. Cancelling an unpaid invoice does not create a subscription. Stop using the service at any time; uninstalling the app does not initiate a refund.
Support and refunds
Duplicate payments, activation failures and sustained service problems require review. Refund eligibility, timing and applicable consumer rights will be finalized before sales open. Do not send a second payment to resolve an unconfirmed transaction.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, malware, spam, unauthorized access or abuse of third-party networks. Access may be suspended for abuse or security incidents, subject to applicable rights.
Mobile app and availability
The official client is maintained by its publisher. Your device must approve VPN permissions. App and profile updates can require a working internet connection and device interaction. Service availability depends on local networks and available nodes.
